Retun Policy & Guarantee

Just bought something for the first time and don't like it? That's ok, we've got you covered. Email us at Support@Esprita.com with your order number and reason you are not satisfied with the product. We’ll promptly issue a refund.

In our experience, it only takes a single container to know whether you like a product. For that reason, our guarantee is only valid for your first purchase of any of our products up to 60 days after your purchase


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 


Shipping Rates

Esprita uses flat rate shipping based on delivery time and location. Our fulfilment center will ship with the best carrier based on your delivery time selection and location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what your shipping options are, and will be able to choose ground, 2-day or overnight methods.
